  1. What are the hours of operation for Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park?

    Because park hours of operation can vary by date of visit, please call call 317-872-9790 to confirm the hours over the date of your visit.

  2. What is the cost for Holiday Inn North guests to get into Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park?

    Water park access is included with the purchase of a water park room package.  A water park package includes wristband access for up to 4 people per room. Water park package rates vary and are based on availability and day of arrival.

  3. How long are the wrist bands valid?

    Daily-coded wristbands for overnight water park guests are valid from opening time of the water park on the day of arrival until the closing time of the water park on the day of departure unless otherwise noted. Overnight water park package guests receive wristbands upon hotel check-in.

  4. Can the water park be reserved for parties without an overnight guest room?

    The park accepts reservations for birthday party packages without an overnight guest room Thursday through Sunday on a space available basis. Visit our birthday party page for more information on party package options and pricing.

  5. Are overnight accommodations available?

    Absolutely. The water park is attached on multiple levels to the Holiday Inn North at the Pyramids. Splashing and sleeping couldn't be more convenient! Making a reservation is just a click away.

  7. Does the hotel have its own swimming pool in addition to the water park?

    A traditional recreational pool is located inside the Holiday Inn North indoor recreation center. Please the hotel pool is not staffed with lifeguards. Children in this area must be accompanied by an adult at all times and no person may swim alone in this area. A complimentary fitness center is also available to registered guests.

  8. Does the water park supply towels or do guests bring their own?

    Complimentary towels are available to guests inside the water park.

  9. What is the check-in policy?

    Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.  Though every effort will be made to honor early check-in requests, they cannot be guaranteed.

     

    Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. In order to clean and prepare rooms for newly arriving guests, this policy is strictly enforced.

  10. What are check-in and check-out hours?

    Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.  Though every effort will be made to honor early check-in requests, they cannot be guaranteed.  Waterpark guests may use the water park and changing facilities beginning at 4:00 p.m. on their arrival day.

     

    Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Strict compliance ensures arriving water resort guests timely access to clean accommodations. Departing water park guests are welcome to make complete use of Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park and changing facilities until the water park closes on the day of their departure. However, guests must vacate their room by 11:00 a.m. on their scheduled departure date at which time the key card will expire.

  11. Is a traditional swimming pool available?

    In addition to Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park, the Holiday Inn North at the Pyramids offers registered guests an indoor recreation center featuring a separate traditional swimming pool, billiards, large screen TV viewing and snack bar.  A fitness center is also available for those wishing to exercise during their visit.

  12. Can guests bring their own food and beverage into the park?

    Because guest safety is of upmost importance, glass containers, coolers, ice chests as well as food and beverages of any kind are not permitted inside the water park. For guest convenience, Calypso Cafe is located inside the waterpark and features Noble Roman's Pizza, Tuscano's Italian Subs, Edy's Ice Cream along with a host of traditional family favorites.

     

    Baby bottles and commerical baby food are welcome. For the safety of all park guests, please place these items in plastic containers.

     

  13. May area friends or family visit with us at Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park?

    Only water park package guests have guaranteed admission to Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park.  Additional guests are welcome with a wristband purchase on a space availability basis which varies by day and season.  Please call the hotel to check availability.

  14. What happens if a wristband needs to be adjusted or is lost?

    Guests with wristbands needing adjustment must have a Front Desk associate make the necessary adjustment.  Lost wristbands can be purchased at the Front Desk at a $20 charge.

  15. Are changing areas and locker facilities available?

    Men's, women's and family changing / rest room facilities are available.  Lockers are available for rent on a first-come basis.

  16. Are groups or clubs able to experience Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park?

    When it comes to group outings, Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park is the place to be.  Please contact us directly at 317.872.9790 for special group packages and rates to book your group outing.

  17. What about water safety? Are lifeguards on duty?

    The safety and security of water park guests is of upmost concern. Certified lifeguards staff the water park at all times during normal operating hours. Safety rules are posted throughout the park. Nevertheless, we require parents and/or guardians to teach their children about water safety prior to visiting the water park. Nonswimmers and weak swimmers must wear USCGA approved life vests which are available in the water park on a first come basis. Note: the indoor pool located within the hotel is not staffed with lifeguards. Children in this area must be accompanied by an adult at all times and no person may swim alone in this area.

     

    According to Health Code, children wearing little swimmers or diapers are also required to wear plastic pants over their suit/diaper to prevent leakage. This requirement is strictly enforced. Plastic pants are available for purchase in our gift shop for a nominal fee.

  18. Are there any height and health restrictions for water park guests?

    For guest safety, certain attractions do require height requirements even when accompanied by adults. Tropical Twist, Jungle Rumble and Raging Rapids slides have a 42" height requirement.  It is recommended that persons with preexisting medical conditions and pregnant women not participate. Each individal is encouraged to evaluate his or her own ability to participate.

  19. Are goggles and floatation devices allowed in the park?

    Swimming goggles are permitted except with riding the slides and at the discretion of the lifeguards. Floatation devices of any kind are not permitted inside the waterpark other than those privided inside the park.

  20. Are children in diapers allowed in the water park?

    Children in diapers are required to wear a swim diaper for health and safety reasons. Additionally and according to Health Code, children in little swimmers and diapers are also required to wear plastic pants over their suits/diapers. Both water-specific diapers and plastic pants are available in the water park for a nominal fee. Please use the changing facilitiles located in the rest roms to change and dispose of diapers.

  21. What is Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park's reservation and cancellation policy?

    Individual reservations must be guaranteed to a major credit card at the time of booking to be considered confirmed. Reservations must be cancelled before 6:00pm the day before arrival to avoid penalty. Reservations canceled after 6:00 p.m. the day of arrival will be billed 1 night's room and tax.  Checks can also be used to guarantee a reservation.  However, checks can not be accepted for those reservations made within 8 days of an arrival date.   22. Does Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park have an arcade or game room?

    Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park's Crazy CoCo's Arcade offers over 50 popular state-of-the-art electronic games along with a complete, full-service ticket redemption center.  Crazy CoCo's Arcade is accessible from the first and third floors.

  23. Does the Holiday Inn North at the Pyramids and Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park have a dress code?

    Inside the water park, properly lined swim attire is required. Cutoffs, gym shorts, tee shirts, cotton shirts, provocative clothing and swim wear with belts, buckles, rivets, grommets or metal of any kind is not permitted. Outside the water park, shirts, shoes, shorts or pants are required. This includes all lobby areas, arcade and hotel common areas.

     

     

  24. Are Caribbean Cove Indoor Water Park gift cards available for purchase?

    We've made giving the gift of fun easy. Prepaid gift cards are available in $25 increments and can be applied toward rooms, the park and in the restaurants.
